Today’s article will show you all the characters in Reverse 1999 and rank them all into a complete Reverse 1999 tier list. If your goal is to pick the best characters from the start, then you’re right where you need to be.
The character ranking is based on the Global version of the game, so if you’re playing on the Chinese version, you might not find some of the characters (since they’re not available yet). Don’t worry though, once they’re released, we’ll add them too!
Note: The tier list is based on general character usability and power; if you are having trouble making them work, try leveling them up or learning how to combo their cards better, since the top-tier ones are pretty busted – there’s no way you can lose in PvE if you got them.
