Jason is the only male healer in Illusion Connect at the moment, and today we’re going to explore his kit to learn exactly what he brings to the team. After all, he’s an S-tier character that can revive allies, which is enough to land him a well-deserving guide.

While he is scarcely available through banners, Jason is a character that every Leader should consider pulling for since he’s a top-tier unit when paired up with the Spirit Healer or even with Axe of Dawn. In fact, he’s great in any team composition, especially ones that have Angela.

Jason’s skills (max)

Passive: When Jason joins the battle, restores HP equal to ATK*330%, and reduces Rage by 500 for all allies and enemies.

Unique: Jason revives the last partner who died and gives them 35% HP and 1000 Rage, and increases their DMG rate by 30%

Special: Jason restores HP equal to ATK*200% to the partner with the lowest HP, doubles the healing amount if HP is below 30%. Skill castrate 30%

Normal attack: Restores HP equal to ATK*100% to the partner with the lowest HP

3* effect: Increases basic ATK and HP by 10%
4* effect: Increases basic HP by 20% | Unique skill increases the DMG Rate of revived partners by 30%
5* effect: Increases basic ATK by 20% | Passive skill restores HP equal to ATK*265% (+65%) and reduces Rage by 300 (+200)
6* effect: Chance to use Special skill +15% | Special skill restores HP equal to ATK*150% (+50%)

The Best Equipment for Jason

In my opinion, this is the best equipment for Jason in Illusion Connect. You can build him with Rage recovery items and defensive/healing items in order to maximize his survivability and healing potential. After all, you want him to cast as often as possible and revive all the allies that have died.

Some other equipment I have found to be extremely useful include some of the new UR pieces that can be obtained via gacha or limited events. The Holy – Olifant (UR) works great as an accessory.

White Vow for a weapon looks amazing, as well as Wonder Pocket Watch and even Banner of Honor (SR) – it provides enough healing and additional stats to be viable on Jason. As for the Armor, I think that Bloody Shirt works best since it can restore Rage when getting attacked, but Lava Suit is not bad either.

For boots, Witch’s Dance Boots are also probably the best since they provide a number of useful stats.
