Our next Illusion Connect character bound to receive a guide is Phoebe, one of the best Light units in the entire game. Phoebe is an AoE damage dealer who possesses a unique Passive – the ability to make up to 3 deployed units Invincible for a little while.
In addition to this, Phoebe is also able to survive for a rather long time, since her passive allows her to resurrect once after receiving fatal damage. That goes without saying, whenever you want to use Angela, Amon, or Jason and bring her back to life, the invincible passive will activate time and time again, making her a truly powerful unit to add into any formation.

Passive: Phoebe’s ATK in battle increases by 15%. On death, she revives and receives 110% ATK, 100% DEF, 100% HP, and 1000 Rage. Triggers once per battle.
Lineup skill activation requirement: Deploy at least 5 Light or Healing units.
Activation reward: When Phoebe appears, she grants Invincible status to 3 random ally units, lasting 20 seconds.
Unique: Attacks the enemy team and deals ATK*265% damage, reducing the target’s DEF by 50% for 10 seconds.
Special: Attacks a single enemy and deals ATK*120% damage. Grants a shield with 15% HP to self and Ally Leader. Chance to use skill 30%.
Normal attack: Attacks a single enemy and deals ATK*105% damage.

The Best Equipment for Phoebe

Update: The new UR armor, Bohemia Scandal (UR) works great on her, and I am currently using that on Phoebe.
In my opinion, this is the best equipment for Phoebe in Illusion Connect. She can benefit from both defensive and offensive gear, so you can either go for her own set (which could be something like Phoenix Petticoat, Phoenix Glasses, Scroll of Life and Boots of Peace) or you can go full damage and rely on her resurrection over and over again with units like Jason and Angela.
I personally prefer the Myoo’s Wings as her weapon, since it’s the only SSR weapon that grants ATK increase (and a darn good ATK reduction for the enemy). For armor, Phoenix Petticoat is great, as well as Moddick’s Tuxedo (UR), Scale Mantle (UR) or even Sandstorm Shirt. Her boots can be either the Hello Mousepad (UR), Go or Boots of Peace. I much prefer the Mousepad over anything else, since it’s an overall great piece that benefits not only her but also the Partners you’ll deploy after Phoebe.
Last but not least, a great accessory for Phoebe is the Phoenix Glasses, which give Phoebe an increased cast rate for the Special Skill. I also tend to lean towards the Dream Prism, which further boosts Phoebe’s ATK at the expense of her HP. That is not ideal in certain situations, but if you plan on reviving her time and time again, it could work. The same goes for Igor’s Expedition (UR), if you have the materials necessary to upgrade it (and if you plan on reviving Phoebe with your units time and time again).
