Tower of Fantasy isn’t like any other game where you have few top-tier characters. In this game, pretty much every character is good enough to tackle content. With that said, some are stronger than the rest. Let’s find out which character tops our rankings!
Tower of Fantasy Tier List – S++

Fionna is the strongest Simulacra of them all, by far. In order to portray that, we had to put her in a tier of her own.

If Fionna wasn’t as overpowered as she is, these Simulacra would be on the top of our list. Still, they are pretty close to it. Don’t get the wrong idea, all of them are incredibly strong and they have no problem dealing with any type of content.

S-Tier Simulacra are excellent, obviously. For example, Nemesis, once she unlocks her first advancement she becomes a healer. Many players find that to be very important. On top of that, she can act like your secondary source of damage (DPS). Let’s not forget that she offers Volt resonance so she’s a must for any Volt team.

Huma is something like a jack of all trades but the downside is that you don’t get any buffs after you break a shield. Shiro needs her 3rd advancement for the skill cooldown reduction.
B-Tier

SR-tier units are only good during the very early stages of the game. Once you get your hands on a SSR unit you are going to replace them. Because of that, we had to put them in the bottom tier.
